Tanya Vasey

Tanya trained in Musical Theatre at GSA Conservatoire (Guildford School of Acting) at the ripe old age of 35.  

Her recent credits include working for Groundlings Theatre in Portsmouth playing the roles of Ma Larkin in Perfick! - the musical of HE Bates’ The Darling Buds of May and the title role in The Snow Queen.  More locally, Tanya is often seen at South Hill Park in Bracknell where recent roles have included Lucille Cadeaux, the French film star in Alan Ayckbourn’s House & Garden; Mistress Quickly, the bawdy gossip in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Mistress Quickly, Le Fer, Westmoreland and Burgundy in Henry V and for Two’s Company, the roles of Emily Greenleaf and Aunt Dottie in The Talented Mr Ripley.  

Tanya appears regularly in cabaret for James Church Productions.  Her next cabaret is on Saturday 25th April 2009 at Norden Farm Arts Centre in Maidenhead.
