Autumn 2012 sees Blackeyed Theatre bring to the stage a brand new production of Bertolt Brecht’s most famous work, Mother Courage And Her Children. Considered by many to be greatest play of the 20th Century, Mother Courage And Her Children has as much relevance today as it did when it was written in 1939, telling the story of a woman seeking to profit from war at the expense of her own children. We welcome back Tom Neill, who tool the helm for Blackeyed Theatre’s highly acclaimed The Caucasian Chalk Circle in Spring 2011, to direct the production, which opens at the Wilde Theatre, Bracknell, on 26 September 2012.
